Santiago Garza is a highly experienced audio professional with over 20 years in the industry. His extensive journey in sound creation and manipulation has deepened his understanding of the profound impact that music and sound can have on healing and emotional well-being. This commitment to holistic wellness led him to expand his expertise beyond audio, earning his Diploma in Aromatherapy Master Aromatherapist from the American College of Healthcare Sciences. This advanced training allows Santiago to integrate the therapeutic power of essential oils with sound healing to create deeply supportive environments for emotional and energetic transformation.

His transformative path began with a personal exploration of healing, culminating in a pivotal trip to Mt. Shasta in 2017 with his wife, Sylvia. This journey was not just a physical escape; it was a profound spiritual, mental, and physical alignment that allowed both of them to reconnect with themselves and each other. It ignited their shared mission to promote healing not only for themselves but for those around them.

As a dedicated son, father, and husband, Santiago infuses his work with compassion and strength, channeling his life experiences into the sounds, meditations, and aromatic blends he creates. Through this integrative approach, he aspires to cultivate an environment where individuals can embark on their own healing journeys. He hopes to foster a loving and supportive world for his children and all those who choose to join him on this transformative path, leaving a legacy of healing and positivity for future generations.

Holistic Meditation Teacher | Energy & Emotional Balance
Sylvia Garza is a seasoned meditation guide with over 20 years of experience supporting others in reconnecting with inner peace, emotional balance, and their natural rhythm. She is a certified chakra healer and Reiki Master, and is currently completing her degree in Integrative Health, with graduation expected in 2026. Her work integrates ancient wisdom with modern holistic approaches, focusing on meditation, sound, and plant-based wellness practices.

More than a practitioner, Sylvia is a mother, wife, daughter, and devoted healer. Her approach is rooted in compassion, presence, and lived experience, allowing her to meet others with understanding and grounded support. She recognizes the realities of everyday life and creates space that feels nurturing, safe, and accessible.

Her spiritual path deepened profoundly in 2017 following a transformative visit to Mount Shasta, where she experienced a powerful connection to the land and its energy. This awakening sparked her creative expression and led to the development of her guided meditations and sound work. Together with her husband, Santiago Garza, an audio engineer and sound producer with over two decades of experience, they captured the natural sounds of Mount Shasta and created their debut album, Mystic Sounds of Mount Shasta, a sonic journey designed to inspire stillness, restoration, and spiritual connection.

Sylvia’s mission is to hold space for others as they navigate their healing journeys, offering practices that honor the body, mind, spirit, and Earth. Her work is a heartfelt offering to the collective and to the next generation she is raising with intention, love, and awareness.
