Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to work with me in this sacred way. To honor both your time and mine, please review the following policies before booking your session: Scheduling All sessions are held remotely via Zoom. Please arrive on time and ensure you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space. You will receive a Zoom link upon booking. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or email me directly. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, but I will do my best to offer one-time rescheduling as space allows. No-shows are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honor the next client. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as a no-show. Refunds Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sessions are non-refundable once completed. Energy Exchange This work is sacred and heart-led. Your session fee reflects not just time, but presence, preparation, and energetic care. Thank you for valuing this exchange.
